A house made of SIP panels, 169 sq.m.
Two children’s bedrooms of 11.3 sq.m. with panoramic and skylight windows. Opposite the children’s bedrooms is an exit to a cozy open terrace in the pine area, equipped with a pergola for a comfortable rest. The master unit consists of a bedroom and a bathroom with a total area of 20.4 square meters. The panoramic windows of the bedroom offer a view of the pine area. A large wardrobe (16.6 sq.m.) rids the house of cupboards and cabinets. Thoughtful ergonomics of the premises in combination with their height from 3.3 m to 5.5 m makes it very spacious and bright.
Inspection of the house
The house has a non-standard L-shaped shape, because the main task was to preserve all the trees on the site.
Technical facilities and a shed for two cars were placed along the road, thus we created a comfortable space in the yard and two terraces (34 square meters).
A large kitchen-living room (55 square meters) with panoramic windows and access to a covered terrace, which connect the space of the house and the street.
