ECOPAN technology is a panel-frame construction made of SIP panels and timber.
This allows to build quickly, economically and with minimal impact on the environment.
The SIP panel consists of two oriented strand boards (OSB), between which a layer of solid insulation - expanded polystyrene (EPS) - is glued under pressure. The panels become both the structure of the house and the first layer of insulation.Our panels are made exclusively from Austrian components and have quality certificates. Including in the EU.

Construction using Ecopan technology takes place in four stages:
Layout of the house set
After all the details of the project have been worked out and agreed with the customers, the task of cutting the house kit is formed. It will consist of:
- Panels cut according to the drawing;
- Cut glued connecting beam;
- Cut standard and glued beams.
Preparation for installation
Before starting the installation of Ecopan SIP panels, it is necessary to carry out a number of preparatory works. This includes:
- Site preparation:
The site for construction must be prepared, leveled and cleared of debris. A geodetic survey of the site and marking of the foundation is being carried out.
- Foundation works:
SIP panel houses do not require a massive foundation, which significantly reduces overall costs. You can use a strip, slab or pile-screw foundation, depending on the type of soil and site features.
Installation process
Installation of Ecopan SIP panels is carried out in several stages:
Installation of the lower harness
The lower strapping from the calibrated beam is attached to the foundation with the help of anchors. It serves as a basis for fastening panels.
Installation of wall panels
The panels are installed on the lower strapping and are connected to each other with the help of key joints and special fasteners.
To connect the panels, glued dry calibrated timber is used, which ensures the strength and tightness of the structure.
The panels are fastened together with self-tapping screws and sealant to achieve maximum insulation.
Installation of ceilings
Overlaps between floors are made using SIP panels or other suitable materials.
Installation of ceilings is carried out similarly to installation of wall panels, ensuring strength and insulation.
Installation of the roof
SIP-panels are also used for arranging the roof. They provide good thermal insulation and strength.
The roof panels are mounted on the upper strapping and are connected to each other in the same way as the wall panels.
Final works
After the installation of panels is completed, finishing works are carried out:
Exterior decoration:
External walls can be decorated with various materials, such as siding, plaster, wood or stone cladding.
Windows and doors are being installed.
Interior decoration
Internal walls can be lined with plasterboard or other finishing materials.
Engineering systems are installed: electricity supply, water supply, sewage, heating and ventilation systems.
